Chipotle does not use any peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, shellfish or fish as ingredients in their food. They also do not use eggs except for breakfasts.
I have eaten there many times and in different locations and I've always enjoyed the experience.
However, if you can't have dairy, gluten, soya,beans I am not sure I would recommend this place as there is a risk of cross-contamination when they're preparing your meal, or at least that’s how I feel every time I have been to Chipotle.
Since the customer sees how their burrito is being prepared, with some supervision and enough communication, it may be fine to go there with an avocado allergy but maybe take aways are more risky as the customer wouldn’t be there to ensure prep is done well.
